Is a joint venture founded in 1986 by Defu Optoelectronics Technology Co., LTD., Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Japan Ceramics Co., LTD. The total investment is 113 million RMB. Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, provides the research achievements, process technology and production equipment for infrared filters, while Japan Ceramics Co., Ltd. provides the equipment, process technology and management experience for the production of sensors.

 

Relying on scientific and technological progress, the company has been developing new sensor varieties, and has introduced pyroelectric infrared sensors and hall automatic production lines and other advanced equipment. At present, the company mainly produces pyroelectric infrared sensors, ultrasonic sensors, Hall devices, filters and all kinds of sensor supplies, more than 90% of the products exported, deeply trusted by customers.

In 1995 through the French international quality certification co., LTD. (BVQI) for the company's ISO9002 quality system international certification, 2000 through the ISO14001 environmental management system certification, the related products also obtained the United States UL certification, in October 2002 through the ISO9001 (2000) quality system international certification.
